What was the highlight of Silken Reino de Aragón

Had a wonderful stay, looking forward to going back in the summer.

A great location for seeing all the sights of Zaragoza on foot, with bus routes on the doorstep to explore the local area. A very large room with a nice comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

Good location for a good price.

A very big room, clean, has all you need. The view from the room was pretty dull but at least it was quiet.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. There wasn't a single piece of vegetable except for baked tomatoes.

Great stopping off place to break journey to coast

Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, large room, walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars

Parking was tricky to find and underground and we were charged for 2 days even though only there less than 24 hrs but you are charged per day.

Nice stay in Zaragoza.

The hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing in Zaragoza. The room was very quiet, despite the hotel being on a busy main road. The breakfast was fine, with a good selection available.

The room was rather plain looking, painted entirely in a pale grey colour, no pictures on the walls. The chair in the room has a tubular steel frame, which becomes uncomfortable to sit on after a while. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Location was what made it - in the centre of Zaragoza and ideal for sight-seeing.

Location in the centre of Zaragoza was ideal. It was essential to us that we got a private off-road parking space and we did. We were able to check-in early.

We asked for a double bed but were given twin beds.

Chosen for the location

Continues with no facility to make hot drinks other than the espresso coffee. No decaffeinated beverages. Charged for hot water. Backstroke necessary to reach the toilet roll.... Breakfast, ummmm. Needs much improvement, and the room where it is served continues reminiscent of a works canteen. I gave it a complete miss for this reason and ate elsewhere @《€15!!!

Hard work sweet stay

Ideal location in the old town, perfect after work & after-work to dive into a very comfortable bed.

The room lacks some basic amenities: such as a coffee/tea making.

Nice stay , good value for one night

Very good location , practically in the city center ,very close to the main attractions Spacious room with nice bathroom and good water pressure The staff was really nice and polite and very helpful. Good value for one night which is more than enough to visit the main attractions the breakfast was very good

the fact that you can't book a parking spot in advance There are no instructions how to reach the parking, which btw is underground in a public parking, and is very difficult to find it if you don't have instructions.

Excellent value

The rooms was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was excellent for what we wanted near to the old town. The food in the restaurant was truly excellent and the lunch was very good value for a high quality meal. We agreed that overall the hotel was really excellent value for money and would be highly recommended.

We had a wonderful overnight stay!!!

It was easy to book online. We loved the location. The front desk staff were friendly! The room was nice and clean and comfortable! We had a nice welcome of Del Pilar Handkerchiefs and Chocolate de Aragon, plus a fiesta guide book! We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good.

A great location in a great city and we enjoyed the fiesta very much.

location was excellent, the hotel is local to everything - sights, bars, cafes, transport. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We were caught by blocked roads due to the fiesta and could not approach the hotel by car. We managed to park more cheaply in a nearby underground parking lot - Los Sitios. The bed mattress was very firm/hard, and the bed frame was very noisy and squeaky, not a great sleep.

A perfect location.

This hotel is the perfect place in which to visit Zaragoza. The bedroom was large and very comfortable. But the bathroom was beautiful and had an excellent Rain shower. Parking was on the premises so no moving around and there were lots of spaces. Not tight, very well proportioned. Zaragoza is a gorgeous place and the people are just so friendly. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were two people in the room and they only gave us a little soap to wash our hands. On the first day, there was a small amount of soap (which was liquid soap and shampoo) and that ended with just a shower. We asked for more soap at the reception and they gave us about 3 sachets of soap. On the day they cleaned the room, they didn't put soap for bathing or shampoo. We asked again but they just give some sachets. We then decided to buy our own soap and shampoo on the street. On the first day we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by a young girl. However, on the last day we stayed there, I asked the guy who was at reception at night if we could check out at 1 p.m. and he said we could. To our surprise, on the day of check out, a woman who was at the reception in the morning (about 40 years old) called to our room at around 12:15 p.m., rudely and complaining to me, because I hadn't checked out yet. I explained to her that I had been allowed to stay until 1 pm and she said that was ok, but without to say even sorry for her rude behavior. So we stayed until 1 pm but when we checked out we were not treated well and we felt as if they wanted us to leave the hotel quickly. It was almost like we were being kick out. It was very strange. We asked them to call a taxi and we’ve been told that we could catch a taxi right ahead because the taxis passsed in the avenue often. Then, we left the hotel, but we had a lot of luggage. So I went back and I insisted that they called a taxi because we needed a big taxi, and only then They called. The whole check out was strange. Looked like we’re not welcome in the place. We never had been treated like this in a 4 stars hotel before. That woman (about 40 years old) created a dark athmosphere around the staff. The impression we had was that she let the people who work with her a little bit nervous, because when she was not there the staff were ok. She was the only one who made us to feel bad.

Great hotel for a visit to Zaragoza

Hotel is in old town which is ideal for tourists. Room was comfortable and well appointed to a high standard. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from.
